Private Placement

I suppose I could be wrong but I don't think you'd get any takeup on the private placement at all (way out of the money pp btw) if you weren't able to show a path to viability.  There is something more going on here.

I think that's a very risky assumption. Most of the last raise came from the retail subscribers to MCE. The promoter running that shady PAID subscription service made commissions out of the deal from convincing his clients to put money into the PP. They call that double ending in the real estate industry.....

Perhaps.  Nobody is denying the fact that this is a sh**co.  The bet is they find a solution to their BMO debt problem - whether that be the sale of an asset, the raising of capital, or finding alternative financing.  If that happens - the share price goes higher and the trade is successful.  There is probably enough there in the way of EBITDA potential for that to happen ...more
