Excellent Earnings for WAN

WAN just reported excellent earnings.

At 50 cents, the EV is $12M (MC) - $2M (cash) = $10M

EBITDA is $447K * 4 = $1.8M.

No Debt

Recurring contracts with big players like MSFT.

SaaS company

So you are getting a growth company for 5.5x EV/EBITDA. Amazingly cheap. Would make a great acquisition for one of the big guys.

Last night I was studying thier financial statements and it seems that their costs are pretty steady. Any increases to licences will increase revenue and that will flow almost directly to the bottom line. So if revenue goes up from $1.7M to $1.9M (12% increase), the EBIDTA could increase from $0.47M to say $0.65M (approx 40% increase). This should provide very nice cashflow.
