Good news that indicates stronger

News is coming. We won't see a pp at these levels IMO. In 2018 they did one at .15 let's assume they can get it to .10 and hold,  raise there. Release More news and move up the value. If we can secure some international contracts we may get international attention. I expect next news release to have more weight.  Company is maturing.. great luck all

I disagree. During spring last year CWTI marketed a 3 part (tranche) PP at $0.02 per unit (below). The 25M warrants issued then will be in the money when the share price is north of $0.05 AND exercisable for 5 years! If/when the share price moves above $0.05, the greater the likelihood these warrant will be exercised and in turn sold, this will put downward pressure on future share prices >$0 ...more

A bit of faulty logic there.  If the shares rise high enough to make cashing in the warrants feasible that means that the company has delivered news and sales to justify the rise; meaning income to the company.  Also, 25 million warrants equals $1,250,000 into the company accounts.  No need for a PP with these extra funds. Which ever way one wants to slice and dice the capital requirement issue, CWTI has a notoriously poor PP (in terms of pricing) track record and share dilution. Period. CWTI will take advantage of the recent share price appreciation to raise capital at again ridiculously low prices. I sincerely hope I'm wrong - time will tell.
