We need to see much improved audited annual financials for 2022, over 2021, immediately followed by Q1 2023.

It will be good to see a profit in Q4. They need 254 738 $ of profit to break even. I think they will have a profit the the Q4 but 100 000 to 200 000 $ lost for the year.  The good news is the Separtis Licence Agreement will begin in Q1 and possibly the rest of the 1M in Q2. 2023 will be profitable if the sale leave the same. I expect a contract of sale (1 to 4 units) with Separtis with the
