The 9-month income statement ending Sept 30, 2023, shows an income of $667,797. That equates to a 26% net income But when you total the net income for each of the 3 quarters it comes to $804,412. That equates to a 31% net income. Gross Sales for the 9 months:$ 2,547,980 Cannot tell if the $1Mil licence agreement with ecoX Global contributes to the gross sales. I just finished entering the numbers in my Excel worksheet and saw several mistakes, revenues, net earnings and cash flows.  There are other mistakes in the MDA.  Looks like the CFO and Board Members did not verify the numbers or the content of the MDA.  Hard to find good smallcap companies.
