What a Waste this Company Has Created

Hey Mates,

I put out the warning signals on this Board several years ago when they were contemplating loaning Tyee a miilion in cash.  It was the worst scenario I could think of, knowing TDC's history, but the BOD of WCX ignored the warnings and went ahead anyways. I suspected then, and I'm convinced now that there was something very fishy.

The money is now gone, and shareholders of WCX are out-of-pocket which could have been used to save this company.  I expect that now WCX is basically a shell with nothing really in assets, it will fade to the penny range, and be rolled back maybe 50:1.  What a waste!

I've long since written it off and moved on, but the scam capital of the worls lives on.

Well today the "management" of TDC, who ripped off WCX for $1M a couple of years ago just got what was long overdue..... suspended! WCX used have potential until the majority shareholder, in his late 70s was hoodwinked by the Scammers from TDC, and the rest is history. Once he lost control the writing was on the wall, and I was gonezo. Just a bit of history.  TDC brought on a new ...more
