Access to Information

As shareholders can we, or a representative, get access to company records which would indicate the efforts (approaches) the WEE mgnt put into drumming up new business, collecting outstanding debts, trying to find a company or whatever who may be interested in purchasing, partnering etc. with WEE? What would be the role of the Board of Directors? Would the Alberta Securities Commission orTSX be interested or could they be convinced to undertake an investigation to see if the company mgnt or Board worked in the best interests of the shareholders? Surely there must be some avenue open to review whether the mgnt and Board carried out their responsibilities in a diligent manner! In my simplistic view, the mgnt and Board have to be accountable for the outcome, whatever it maybe!!
