"With the financing now complete we've requested the assay lab to release all finalized assays. We will release assays once received and interpreted."

    Was WHN 'behind' on their 'bill paying'?   Seems like an 'odd' insert.

From my experience companies typically hold off on news while going through financing as their lenders agreed upon a said price. If the news dramatically moves the stock price it could ruin their financing agreement before it closes.  for all those that were patient with this stock (myself included) This is so very very oversold as it hasn't had any news in months.  looking ...more

Westhaven needs someone to manage investor relations. Westhaven was bragging about "Game Changing" drill holes that were "plugged up" in the assay laboratory way back in November. At the same time they were talking about a potential sale or JV. Then they did a financing well below market that dropped their share price by 33%. Now it seems that they didn't want to release ...more

I watched the Interview with Gareth back in October/November. A few things I took away from it... - Financing was pre planned to be done in January and they had already planned to raise enough for the entire year. It's more of a hedge play attempting to raise more when most lenders would only offer less SP for so much, however they now have an entire year to make it up to everyone.   ...more
