Gold in Voght Creek

So I had some friends over from Merritt today letting their kids and dogs play in my creek.

Voght Creek,

Brought a shovel and pan down to pass the time and guess what.... first pan I got black sand with numerous flakes.   My place is still for sale but you are going to have to hit the ask.  Guaranteed my 200 meter wide valley floor where the creek passes is going to be a decent placer mining operation.

You can also doa bit of fly fishing in the creek if you don't like mining.... but seriously folks....

I have been pulling both quartz and disseminated type minerlaization out my vegetable garden... the gold goes from Brookemere all the way to Kingsvale and Voght Creek.  Thats a 10km trend.

Cheers!!!!

i I suggest that you get your free miners licence and stake your property

How's the halibut fishing in your creek?

Funny.   its all private property.  No where to even set up a sluice without getting permission from me or any other property owner.  and how much work you gotta put into a claim every year to keep it?   All you got to work with are a metal detector and some pans.   Good luck.

its the valley floor where the creek passes through which has the potential for a placer operation...  not the creek itself.
