52 wk high and high volume Monday Am!

This is very high volume for this stock.  Spidy senses tell me this is going to break 1.00 without a NR.  I still hold to my call of a 10-15 bagger from the base of .14 cents.  It's just my opinion based on an impending critical shortage of Mag!
