Galaxy website

www.galaxymagnessium.com Why is front page on the website. Also go to press at the top corner. Did everyone catch what Michael North (Chairman and CEO of Galaxy) stated in the press release. The magnesium serpentine ore controlled by West High Yield in British Columbia is one of the largest and richest verified deposits of its type in the world.

I was also told that 200,000 might be the minimum on the contract, but Galaxy will most likely take all of the 250,000 tons produced. It will take about 2 years to get the 1BT permit. MoneyK

The full mine will need around 300M, but usually, a company only needs maybe 30% of that in cash to secure a loan for the remaining. So the company could probably reward shareholders with nice 1$ dividend per year, while slowly pilling that 30% cashdown. MoneyK

Sorry spelling mistake.  www.galaxymagnesium.com  Yes the LOI states minimum of 200,000 mt per year.  So if they bought the entire 250,000mt then it would be $125 million per year for 3 years.  Thats $375 million USD.  That would give WHY enough to setup up their plants and produce themselves.  Then they could turn around and sell for thousands per mt.  Also ...more

Yes, fully agree.  That is aligned with my conversation with the office.   How much are equivalent gold projects selling for these days?  5-10-15-20 times the EBITDA? Do the math using only 150M CAD of EBITDA per year with phase 1. IMO. MoneyK

in your conversation with the office, did they say when they were going to get the permit application submitted?
Comment by MoneyK on Dec 08, 2021 1:16pm
I was told that they are inches away from the finish line. I'm expecting something in the coming 2-6 weeks. MoneyK

lets hope so. I've heard "inches away from the finish line" for a few years now...

Why needs to prioritize the submission of its permit application to add some legitimacy to this. A LOI with a private company that has a Hawaii address and no proof of ability to come up with cash or process/sell magnesium isn't adding to legitimacy. WHY doesn't control how long it would take to get approval, but they do control how long they wait until they submit their application. They ...more

Permit submission is top priority per my understanding, along with PFS update, definitive agreement negotiations, purification technology selection investigations, early prep for mining and cash raise, etc. Frank is a superman to carry so many balls so shareholder value or SP is optimized. SP still deeply discounted hence a cash raise will not be too large. Galaxy looks ambitious and if it does ...more

So I am just sayin. If I am looking for a supplier like a highly prospective mine like this one, 1st question I am asking is where are your permits and or approvals sitting! if they say we have not submitted, I am telling said company call me when you have done so and have a timeline.  If they are well down the rabbit hole and apps are submitted, maybe kicked back a time or two for ...more

I agree. The one thing I like to stress is cost to put in production. Obviously Albanian metals and Dead Sea magnesium has more magnesium already producing, but when you look at critical minerals agenda, North American will start to shift to be more self sustainable in their own mining. I do like the percentages here! Baymag is another private operation that will do well. I am also buying Mazarin ...more

Magnesium attempts from 20 and 30 years ago were ill fated, and perhaps too visionary at the time. However, the shift to green and away from China are massive currents that will not go away. Hence, magnesium is a massive untapped market that will grow alongside aluminum as steel becomes less viable due to carbon costs for mobile equipment which consume energy. Very little steel will be in new ...more

I'm 3-4 hours away from the site it a nice area for sure. We have family in the area. I have taken the short end of the stick on many stocks going into piloting process. To be honest I trust this company and Mazarin a bit more that some others, just based on the fact that they both have assets and cash. Western magnesium is the one the scares me, I'll pass on that one. There's ...more
