Hopefully a conservative date for having some concrete news to update us all on.   I dont care if its from the kerby center a local daycare or mental institution as long as its got confirmed deals...

When was the last AGM I can't even remember

The AGM took place on March 18, 2022. I beleive that the TSX requires that the next AGM must be held within 15 months of the last.

I actually thought something might happen by the end of April, appears I was wrong again. Maybe May.

i think that each week that passes is a concern, you are only in the window so long.

From years and years of watching this slug I have noticed that before AGM’s they like to keep the share price close to the last financing. I am curious if at the AGM they mention anything about their largest shareholder. I Google searched his name and it looks like the poor fella passed away eleven months ago. Could be just coincidental. What are the odds that someone with the exact same four

I appreciate your optimism, but don’t set yourself up for to much disappointment. Remember these guys have had over a decade to put something together, past AGM’s have come and gone with nothing but re-electing themselves as directors. Maybe this is the year, or maybe not as we are approaching the halfway mark of 2023!
