Libya Energy & Economic Summit
The summit is only a couple of days away. There has been a lot of action around amendments to existing PSA as Libya is working to get it's partners to start to invest capital. The existing terms must bo too tough to get the operators to make any sizable investment.
Hopfully the Summit will be followed by some amendments to othe existing PSA followed by investment comitments opening up the opportunity for new deals.
