Closing Financing

I believe that the recent finacing is to facilitate the closing of a deal. I'm assumung the deal is in Libya as seems to be most everyone's thoughts on this sight.

None of the previous PPs were used to close any deals so why would you think this one will be any different? The PPs do make life more enjoyable for the execs though!!!!! Has anyone ever seen any information FROM WILTON to indicate they are pursuing any deals in Libya? I am betting no response on that question.
