And down she goes

Some excellent posts. I appreciate peoples time writing them and reading mine.

Investing is not personal, it’s business. This is advice to you Mr. Probe when you read this (or don’t read this he he).

Shareholders want answers to some legitimate questions.

Instead of putting out a bogus useless corporate update on December 31 - talking about covid - talk about the open private placement situation, also ex: plant is progressing but due to top secret blah blah we can’t give you location.

Give us facts. No investors care about their state of the art bathrooms or Mastercraft coat closet

$$$$$$. Why is the burn so high? Why can’t the PP close when it’s below market

***not sure why anybody would pay .15 cents right now when 35+ million shares are available for .13 with warrants !!!

If they  actually answer what everybody is thinking then this stock can gain a decent stability

IMO - The $19 article was not credible. Who puts a $19 target on a .15 cent stock. So moronic. Pick a $1. Something achievable.

Blabbing about Nasdaq as well. Start small, build a company.

It’s not the size of the company, it’s the patent pending revolutionary technology that is the magic.

It’s almost the weekend folks, my plans, a few drinks and some definite probing.

The PP will close when the investor, or investors, have accumulated enough proceeds, from the ongoing dumping, to reinvest into the PP. I predict a reverse split to attract a instiutional investors, and then a possible listing on the TSX once the NV mine goes into production. If the new mouse trap (pilot plant) works, they can move the mouse trap to NV to start generating revenue. But this will ...more

Agreed - If (and a big IF) they close this giant PP, they will be at near 400 million shares  A reverse 10 to 1 or even 25 to 1 will be needed to continue.  can't get on TSX or Nasdaq (as they are bragging about) with a .14 cents stock with 400 million shares out. Plus the burn is out of control. They can't raise fast enough. Burning 7 million per year before the Bay at Mops ...more

Based the 3 tranche PRs, 28% of the PP has been filled. They need another $4.5M to achive their $7M finacing objectives. Pretty tough to do in this climate with the potential of the Sp going below 10 cents. I predict the current PP will be closed, and a second PP will be opened in 3 to 6 months for a large investor. This investor will fill the remainder of the $7M target but at SP below 10 cents.  ...more

Mining? Did somebody bring up mining again? I think WMG ceased being a miner a long time ago in favor of development of a new clean process for refining Mg out of dolomite ore. That's the mousetrap we are awaiting and hoping it works.

my Mouse trap game never wrked . cheap plastic but revolutionary toy

Yup, not only ceased but never was. They did have that 43-101 with the Carl Sagan amount (billions and billions) Its a one trick pony (which makes vertical integration a snap :-) If the trick don't work the pony is toast.

With regrds to the NV permits, we'll need to look in the financials and M&A to detrmine their status. Also, the exploration permits have annual obligations with respect to working them. This would show up as an expense in the financials. Or, the permits have been taken over by a (private) ghost company. Perhaps Probe knows the status on the NV permits.
Comment by AucontraireII on Feb 25, 2021 2:56pm
Sherry, permits for what? What are you talking about? There's not going to be any mining in any foreseeable future. What year are you living in?

It's called mudding the waters. She or he is a candidate for the ignore button.
