As far as I know the CEO decides what information you, the shareholder, will get to know. He also directs the ship in all areas. All of your complaints or concerns involve the CEO. I believe you just vote a person off of a position not fire them. The board then finds a replacement. They must decide who is the best person for the job or if no one fits the bill in the company they would look outside the group.
