Sorry to be pessimistic but...... 1, another private placement.....2,  a site to store an idea(no plant that is proven to be scalable)?.... 3, another massive finance deal that goes nowhere ? Except maybe a alleged lawsuit? 

like honestly what is the point of a commercial site if it doesn't work? I mean awesome to be prepared but without a proven system this is nothing . 

I suppose with the releases mentioned that buys them another year? Just saying what I imagine a lot of long term investors are thinking.

I beg to differ, WMG has already proven it to be scalable with the previous mini furnaces years ago. The one they are building is a much larger one that will produce Magnesium at the end of the year. Honestly do you thing someone will give you millions of dollars without proof of scalability? Watch from the sidelines as this long journey we were on finally transforms into another magnificent

Just my thoughts on that. Building a mini processor is different than a larger one so designing it where now every detail has to be perfected. I don't know the cost of that but lets say it's several million dollars. You need to be sure every part of the design is functioning as it should be. Being a first time model all parts need to be molded and formed from scratch. Maybe some parts can
