Awesome Zoom meeting

Awesome Zoom meeting! Next week they will be filing. Lot of things happening in the next short while with a goal to be on the Nazdaq  in 4 to 5 months. Over 2 hours of information presented by many of management done extremely professionally.

At least spell it correctly. Nasdaq you say. Not a chance. They will not let a cash strapped micro-cap company on there. Why?  4 lawsuits late annual filings huge debt no cash  shady IR consultants  Over 500 million shares diluted  80 million options - weighted 9 cents ZERO revenue  ZERO patents  all these are facts or prove me wrong  I will ...more

Time will prove you wrong. You said you will be anybody? That's a major inprovement from now or was that a spelling error?

Hmmm Trump lover? I'm guessing you like the pedo Biden.

probe, wouldn't it be better to put the bashers on ignore? The more you engage with them the more they get paid.
Comment by stockprobe19 on Feb 11, 2022 10:24pm
Yes you are right
Comment by RawSienna on Feb 11, 2022 11:19pm
Probe, you don't see anything wrong with that zoom recap you posted? It is the exact same thing they've been doing and promising for 10 years now. They are once again behind on a deadline and changing the game up. Nothing has changed at this point. They absolutely have to prove up the so called "furnace" or process which has been ongoing for 4 years now! My opinion isn't ...more

It wasn't a complete recap, you should call someone at WMG for questions. This isn't the same we now have a timeline for moving to Nasdaq. I would have to listen to it again but I believe the proof of concept has been done or there is the fullest of confidence of it's purity. Again I would have to listen to it again. All of the speakers expressed full knowledge of what is taking place ...more

So I guess a research and development company isn't really in need of the recently announcdd and hyped production plant in  Harrison county? Why would they be?
Comment by AucontraireII on Feb 12, 2022 9:35am
All well and good SP. I am a little bit impressed though by yesterday's price and volume action where we had a little rise over the average volume and hardly any bump in the price whatsoever. Very apathetic response to the zoom call.

Just curious did you watch the Zoom meeting? How about KTD?
Comment by KonnectTheDots on Feb 12, 2022 12:40pm
Stockprobe, Yes sounded professional and well organized. People were well prepped and sounded knowledgable and confident. I am optimistic that the timeline they proposed for uplisting will be adhered to. My biggest beef in past was that there was a cloak of silence over the whole project. This has made me more confident that progress is being (and has been) made. Hopefully things will now pick up ...more

So anybody want to bet no nasdaq ?  they couldnt even get off the Venture or file their year end
Comment by RawSienna on Feb 12, 2022 9:39pm
Nasdaq a pipe dream unless they get bought out. Their earnings and share price and I'm sure many other requirements put them out of reach.
Comment by stockprobe19 on Feb 12, 2022 5:36pm
Thanks for the reply KTD, glad you watched the meeting. Some of what was seen on the presentation is hard to explain, the value of that confidence and the way they explained it in detail adds to the credibility of their goals. A lot of times when applying for a loan, a loans officer needs to make a decision on giving someone the funds based on the physical visual credibility of that person or ...more

Yes, it was very well done and it impressed you like a company that is on the move for something very significant like we all know it has the potential to be. I'm not so sure about the price targets but we will see how that goes during the rest of this year. Success will bring its own prices. I am less concerned about uplisting as I am about production levels and quality of product, so I will ...more

Regarding the stock price. So if no Mg metal for sale until at least 2024 (and seeing how this has been stretched out for a decade already and the process still not perfected, probably longer as these things always tend to do) then this will be an R&D company until production. Having a hard time understanding how the sp will be $4US in 5 months (which is the reason that encouraged me as I am ...more

exactly KTD, seems Uncle Sam is up to his old tricks and blowing smoke up anybody's keester that will listen. I'm really not sure there is much retail interest left.
Comment by AucontraireII on Feb 14, 2022 12:40pm
Doesn't it seem that there is just that one little, itsy bitsy, mildly annoying problem remaining, ie. ...That they don't quite have a process yet that produces the desired product? Just that one thing. Not to worry. They'll get that ironed out in no time. I say maybe they will and maybe they won't. I wouldn't call this a potential Bre-x, and I wouldn't call this a ...more

If one took the time to research their past ten years of news releases and SEC reports and correlated them they'd find many discrepancies, and nothing proven, regarding their cheap, green, proprietary technology (magnesium) Just more lip service every couple of months with a  new promise of hope.

Look at these monsters of millions coming out in the coming weeks at paltry prices. And don't forget about the 29 million from the loan shark who I am sure paid a huge discounted premium  june shall be fun. 18 million shares at 13 cents  nasdaq here we come. Help me understand this Ex and Probey... (Only asking Probey cause I hear he's a teacher) Does this mean someone(s) will have the option to buy 6,554,172 shares at 13 cents on March 24 ($852,042.36)  And sell them at market right after if they choose to? (40 cents = $2,621,668.80) making them $1.77 Million richer? (If market price stays at 40 cents) Doesn't this mean there are ...more

There are shareholders here that have bought shares at less than 5 cents. Probably more than 200 million shares worth. They all have the option to sell their shares at any time. Some of those shareholders probably have those 13 cents warrants. Will they sell? Probably not. Can you get those 13 cent warrant shares, only if you bought in the PP in the first place. Those that have the warrants have ...more

I agree with you about the production but only to have that ability to continuously produce metal. They seemed quite confident about purity and even it is wasn't quite pure enough some tweeking may or may not need to be done. I think the value of producing metal is really secondary to the technology of the production faucility and their team of specialists. Think of someone producing a car vs ...more

Yes I understand that if a truly disruptive tech is developled the sp could take off just on market 'exuberance' (need I mention BreEx or others, not equating or implying simply that stocks can move on spec) But that would require showing tangible proof of such tech for anyone to step up (and this seems to be a problem due to the secrecy issue) Yes NDA's and other such legalize could ...more

Probe, Surely even you don't believe Nasdaq is within your reach at the moment, listing requirements are not exactly a secret. Off the top of my head I believe you need a minimum of a US $4 dollar stock price for 90 days or more and many other requirements. What else went on at the meeting? Your recap is about a vague as a WMG news release itself. Stocktwits wasn't very positive even ...more

A very good revolving presentation of the different heads of WMG about the achievements made to date and their future goals. Even though they have nearly completed the build out of their furnace and the continuous flow system of smelting, a first of its kind in the world of Magnesium production, their real focus is in the R+D portion of the company. This is where the industry hasn't ...more

LOL "Their goals are to be on the Nasdaq in 4 - 5 months at an entry price of 5.50 US."? We all know they don't meet the requirements for nasdaq so what is the purpose of a statement like that? It seems too convinent that they'd set a goal that illudes to the fact that the stock is wildly underpriced right after so much cheap paper.
