What we've learned from the latest financials..

WMG is now blowing through approximately 25 million dollars a year.
They still have not proven to the public they can produce magnesium.
They are years away form a "commercial" production plant.
Have an aggregate accumulated deficit of $52,129,621
Their largest shareholder is now Alpha Capital Anstalt ( Alpha Capital Anstalt is located in Vaduz, Liechtenstein and is part of the Nondepository Credit Intermediation Industry.)
And this from Bong, who according to him is a MAJOR ASSET
"Having a writeoff of 53 million in my opinion, especially if my business has great potential, is a major asset."

I noticed you changed the wording from debt to a deficit. So now you admit it's not debt. They have a deficit of 52.1 million that they can offset future profits against to reduce their taxable income. A significant writeoff means much more profits for shareholders. We paid the price during these many years, when the profits start to come it will be that much more.

You got a strange way of looking at a struggling start-up and any business in general.

Struggling? They spent 23 million last year to advance the project to where it is today. They are 4-5 months away from their goal of trading on the Nasdaq as reported by WMG's own CEO. They are having conversations with other States other than Ohio to set up another opperation. Sounds like a struggling start up to me for sure.

No such thing as a good write off probe. It's still sunk money, they just have to dig that much harder to get out of the hole before their loan sharks put them in a different one. Hope you don't teach echonomics.  Glad to hear you agree that they're a struggling start up, maybe you're finally out of the denial stage wow, talking with other states too? woopie! If I talk to ...more

PAPAVJJ didn't I give you an F before for not understanding conversation? I did no such thing as to say WMG was struggling go back and read it again. Again you get an F and a cone and a stool so go sit in the corner where you belong.

You got the wrong guy coach. I'm a solid C- student; great at understanding "idioms and idiots"  "Sounds like a struggling start up to me for sure." - Probe February 15, 2022 - 04:05 PM  Direct quote bud. If you claim this was a sarcastic remark I'm going to go ahead and assume everything you post is sarcastic given that it's all so dumb.

Single plant Probe... "We have invested in and plan to operate solely within the magnesium industry. Thus, an investment in our company will provide limited diversity as to asset type. Additionally, the assets to be held by us will be geographically concentrated as we intend to operate a single magnesium production facility in the United States. This lack of diversification could increase the ...more
