Why do you think so many of the members here are asking for accountability with all the shady stuff going on?  The Market is judging this stock based on all the head fakes this crew does. that should have been your 1st clue  lets start there with the low hanging fruit should be easy to answer anyone of these questions, right?  Guess not.   Keep saying to look elsewhere
