You don't go out and solicit purchase orders and sales at the commercial pilot plant stage obviously since you are not ready to fill said orders.
That being said who are you to say that company personnel have not had those discussions with end users already ?

If they had signed a business to buy their "fake" metal thats still not verified after 2 months (whats the excuse for that taking so long?)
