You will note at the bottom of what you have posted a clause restricting warrants and debentures to 9.99 percent maximum.
You can glorify headlines and posts in your favour, but end of day I am confident in saying that Ed and the rest of the company have to much effort invested in this to allow it to slip through their fingers.
Have any of you talked to Ed or Sam for answers in relation to this, I really doubt that you have or will, far better to play off everything and sensationalize anything you can!
