Hi All,

More and more leaders are quitting this toxic shell company.  Peter Ororke, Ramsay Hamady, Robert Ingram, Andrea Chan, Christine Wen and now Mike Rutkowski has quit as well.  Understandng from Canada insiders is he hasnt been paid since May 2022 (as is others remaining to go down) and the impending SEC investigation.  I dont belame them all for quitting with the storm that is coming down on this shell company.  Toxic work environment and no money to produce anything.  Where did all that money go to ($70M)?  Add in the two accoutning firms and legal firm quitting as well, huge huge red flags here.  This should be a massive wake up call for this lastest departure.  I will be looking for the SEC notification in 4 days over this one if not sooner as no telling when his picture went down?
