The article is talking about FTX group. It was nothing more than a Ponzi scheme right from the beginning like many of those kind of financial products. The stock market is full of them.

I suggest you redirect your energy towards the management team with regards to disclosing a the business plan and the reinvestment of proceedss from the Good Time Charlie's that made money off their PP shares with probably no concern for their warrants (cake icing if things work out).
