As to your long list of questions, I got answers I was seeking to satisfy myself, I encourage all to do the same, it is not up to myself or anyone else to do due diligence for everyone else
There is plenty of misinformation floating around which makes contacting those that actually know even more important

Well fair enough bigrig.  100% correct that you don't owe us anything. Unfortunately the company seems to feel the same way since the questions I ask remain unanswered....  Since they are material in nature, I would't expect a response to anyone calling or emailing either.    So we wait...

You've got to admit KTD, it takes real skill to use language in such a way as to include all the important buzzwords while saying nothing concrete that you can be held to.   "Each step that we take continues to lay the foundation for building a state-of-the art magnesium production plant." So I conclude they are "taking steps towards" (whatever that means) "
