course taken to achieve them.

Yup, looks pretty bad, until one takes into account that this is a very junior company, with the on going problems of 
attempting to raise money constantly to fund forward 
progess, no easy task in the current market and interest 
environment.

An article by Jim Collins, Apr. 25, 2018
pointed out that since IPO in 2010, Tesla had raised 19 Billion dollars and had negative cash flows of 9 Billion dollars
Western is small peanuts compared to that and I for one as a shareholder have made my initial investment back and believe that the best is yet to come !
Of course this sort of thing is not for the faint of heart and I would suggest that if you are queasy and can only see a negative story, then this not the place for your dollars.
However, on completion of the annual meeting we will see if the real shareholders have spoken and give the board of directors and personnel the mandate to continue to move this project forward

This company has two directions based on the sociopathic statement made by PS now that he is coming clean having investors lower their expectations i.e. no big payout on your shares. Speaking of finacials and Tesla.... year end finacials are overdue by a coulple of weeks now, (even their extension of 15 days) so what's up with that?
