All I know is the cease trade will impact the PP. The reason being is the proceeeds from recycling shares  through promos has been terminted by the cease trade order. So, will the recyclers have to source money from somewhere else to float the treasury? SP - Given there are no insider trades for months, are the insiders using off shore accounts or Uncle Buck's trading account? There is
