The public was warned years ago except Mr.Ed is way smarter but Khalid/Sam outsmarted him and now the company can't afford the $5million to fire hime! if you refer to that article, you'll undersatand why the stock is in the toilet and halted.. No talent here for any other outcome. Amateur hour!

GH2012 - Enlighten me on the "$5million to fire hime!". Is there a severance clause in the CEO's employment contract?

Yes! Everything he's ever touched has blown up! He does well but the companies have never survived. Who in their right mind would approve such a severance clause? Only someone who has a similar clause in their contract.
