Western was in court on April 12 last....One of their 7 lawsuits in BC

hows the halt going? You know the brass is still getting paid during these rough times

Case 230903 has passed the "Right to Appeal" phase which is 6 weeks after the lower court ruling. So, this case is inh motion. Should this fail for the plantiff, the have 6 weeks to file "Right to Appeal" in the Canada Supreme Court of Appeals. I bet all the lawfirms were happy the convertible debenture went through. KA-CHING baby.
