No one is buying and no one is selling.  What is going on over here??? Any thoughts?? If they truly want this project to start in August, than Financial Close will have to be approaching.  Without it they can't start drilling.  If they can't start drilling this year they can't get the government money.

No one is buying for three reasons.  First, the company is below the radar of most investors.  Second it is a micro cap on a secondary exchange which prevents many institutions from purchasing it.  This, many investors would rather get in on the third or fourth inning when building is a certainty than in the 1st or 2nd inning, which is where we are.  Nobody is selling because
