Now that everyone has been dotted & crossed do you think someone will throw an offer out there for us?

dsark why would someone take us out with a buyout?? please explain, why bother working on a financing for months and then sell the company? isn`t it more logical to sell a company before going through the hassle of any sort of financing? it doesn`t add up, unless you know something....regards stud

Long ago in an economic environment far, far away WND was offered $228 million for Windstar, and turned it down. At the time the share price was closing in on $4 and many analysts were targetting up to $8 share price for WND. Then the world paused economically and all time frames for Windstar fell apart. But the revenue it was always forecast to generate is quickly going to materialize ...more

Nicely put.  If someone wanted it when the financing was not finalized, they sure as he11 want it now that it is.  How to put a value on a buyout offer is another question altogether.

   This guy has a set of balls he walked away from a 228 millon dollar deal in 08 because he seen the value in windstar and now us shareholders have a 300 million dollar asset along with that a 700 miilion plus power purchase agreement that is incredible for a venture company especially in these economic times our share value is worth a hell of a lot more than $1.35 i won't sell ...more
