Four Years of Never Ending

Roller coaster rides on this firm. 10 million ounces of gold could be discovered sitting 10 feet from the surface at Kingman and the stock price would drop. There is something very wrong here. Very very wrong. I know Cardinal; they proabably don't have mineral rights for gold, which makes my argument specious. For whatever reason, the firm has no credibility. None. So now a trip to Europe?

I'm just as puzzled as all of you. Today was a huge green day for the TSX, yet WND got slaughtered on pretty decent volume. Perhaps some investors took the whole buyback NR as a bluff from Jeff?

"Perhaps some investors took the whole buyback NR as a bluff from Jeff? "I'd say the opposite. Nobody picked up on my argument I made a few weeks ago, which got lost into the resulting controversy over other comments I probably shouldn't have made ;-). If you are a large shareholder of WND, let's say like Sprott, and I'm just speculating here because I have no idea how ...more

Looks like the price is being manipulated down on low volume to buy it back cheap.  Not quite kosher but, makes sense if they are doing a buyback, they'll try to do it as cheap as possible.  Wish they'd hurry up and make the announcement with price and terms and get it done.

I agree... I wouldn't take what you and I did as a suggestion... I did it in the low 70's because i seen a bunch of red flags suddenly that this thing was gonna drop... I see a 25k sell at 1.43 this morning but I wouldn't be too convinced its gonna drop much further if any.... lets look at the asks as of 8:35am1.43   250001.46     15001.50   ...more

Glad everyone agrees.  After a flurry of NR/PRs last month the company has essentially gone dark since announcing their Substantial Issuer Bid.This company is trading at less than the cash subsidies on their projects.  In order to buyback 20 Million shares they will have to offer a very enticing price as many won't sell at all.  eg.....Why sell at $2.00/sh when after the buyback ...more

The company is unaware of any events within the company to warrant a sell off. So it is just a healthy pullback before the next leg up. Get some cheapies while you can.
