Hi guys,Anyone have a sense what the buyback offer will be?Assuming the rest if the company is valued at about $1.5 that's over $5/sh.Granted the valuation will increase over time as the other projects mature, but we are talkingtodays discounted values.Also of the 56M o/s shares about 11M are insiders and can't be sold in the buyback.About 20M are held by institutions.  A $4.00 a share buyback seems reasonable. It represents a substantial premium to the current price but still a substantial discount to the NAV. A win-win for everybody.

Correct me if I am wrong but it seems that they are trying to weed out the retail investor.  If there are 10mil shares held by insiders and 20mil held by funds that leaves roughly 20mil held by retail.   This is an interesting approach and I am just wondering how high of a valuation they will put on the SIB.  If they put it at 4 dollars I think most people will be very happy ...more

The SIB and associted independent valuation could be a means of fending off a lowball takeover offer. An offer below the independent appraisal valuation will clearly not be dismissed as inadequate even if it is a substantial premium to the current price.

I'm not a conspiracy kind of guy, but it looks like people are giving away free money. I'm curious about the hesitation of the market when it comes to this stock.Is it because the market is afraid of possible negatively valued projects? Are there any and would they have a big impact on the overall value? I don't think so.Is it because that people are still a bit skeptical because the ...more

any sudden spike without new news will probably be met by selling until this  valuation process runs its course, and any smart money here looking to accumulate will have sell block orders in to slow any spikes in share prices while they accumulate from the weak hands.A possible double in few weeks with  very little downside risk screams buy to me, the thing is its not on many radar ...more
