Valuation

Correct me if I am wrong!! But doesn't a 624 million dollar valuation give us $12 per share!??  If you divide 624 million by the 52 million shares we have outstanding that is $12 per share.  Let me know what I am missing.  Also I have to wonder how the shares are losing ground after a report of such a huge valuation??

Thanks
CC

I think its safe to assume that when all these projects are completed and running or a buyback takes place we will have 70-75 million shares outstanding at that time given the warrents and opinions etc.

Ok well even at that amount of shares we are still looking at a valuation of roughly 8 dollars a share!! That looks like one hell of an appreciation from where we are at today!! Hopefully this thing wakes up sometime soon.  Also would like to hear whether people have heard anything more about the SIB?  Are we still waiting for more information on the valuation or is this the final report ...more

Only the second phase was completed and no surprise but another delay :The final report covering the remaining assets will be available in due course.SIB will not be for months until they have some money they can actually spend - until then the stock sucks.
