Thanks for the post sonofbruno.So it appears we're a couple weeks behind on the first 106MW and 2 months behind on the remaining 14MW. But, at least we filed for the cash grant for Kingman, so should be receiving it no later than January 1, 2012 (since it's 60 days from the later of either the application submission date (Oct 31) - or service date (Sep 24)).
