But when they accomplish what they are HIGHLY HIGHLY PAID to do, they launch self congratulatory public

SPEECHES of AWESOME PROPORTIONS.

 

Just wondering why. I guess they are pre-justifying future bonus declarations.

 

Most people might call their behavior manipulation. I'm too stupid to

see it. It's obviously all legitamite corporate behavior. Keep up the good honest work on behalf

of your shareholders.

Impega,   I'm starting to think Cardinal is right. We have been played for suckers. Yet I'm also sure eventually we will find out why. Obviosly for money - but WHY?  I wouldn't feel this way except for the stream of lies from mgmt that don't bear repeating. I truly believe the loss in market credibility caused by the fantasy like annoucements ( not the actual buildouts

Hi Impega,   As a matter of fact I COMPLAINED ABOUT FRAUD TO THE TSX YEARS AGO. They did nothing. Surprise surprise. I am glad to report I sold half my shares when the stock ran up from the recent offer. Sorry. But I have NO RESPECT for LIARTS OR CON MEN. That being said I expect to make some money on my remainder. THE LIES AND WINDOW DRESSING HAVE BEEN TOTALLY UNNECESSARY AND DOWNRIGHT

  Are you really serious? It's a great concept. There just was never a need to fabricate, embellish, window dress, exagerate, obfuscate, degenerate, hyperventilate, misappropriate, pontificate, OR TRY TO MANIPULATE. I still believe in the alternative energy model.

I do agree we should be pulling near $2.25-$2.50 about now, and not drifting down towards where we are now, given that Windstar should be 100% up and operational now. That is the only thing I agree with you on. I do not agree that management is manipulating this stock down. I do not believe the SIB will happen anytime soon. There are many companies in the alternative energy field. Why not invest in one with management you respect and admire? I believe management here is top grade. Bottom line is results as you say. They closed a major financing and completed 2 major projects in a very difficult credit environment. The company has only had to contribute 10% of the total project equity. That is truly phenomenal. I have my peeves with WND and all, but overall, I think they're doing great, building their assets, appears to be very grassroot in nature, so hopefully, eventually it's true value will be realized and recognized by the market.

Yes I agree mgmt is doing great.   Great is defined as getting hundreds of millions of US tax grant dollars. Now they need to execute the wind/solar farms which should be academic. This is not biomass or geothermal. All I am pointing out is mgmt likes to play 3 card monte ( acquisition,TSX switch, SIB - most recent examples). WHY? Are they that ignorant?

The company announced they are negotiating an acquisition correct? So what is the big issue with that? Did they say it was a done deal? I didn't see that anywhere. I assume they are still negotiating a deal which may or may not happen. Why do you have a problem with that announcement stjohn?

I called the PR guy- Alphaedge. Whatever that is. My take on his comments was it was a ruse related to the buy-out offer. MICKEY MOUSE The other misstatements are plain stupid. It's a good company. The BS just gets everyone hyped up, and the SP just suffers. Don't say it if it isn't true. WHY? That's all. GLTA

Wow you are persistent. Specifically I was told by Alphaedge, so it is public knowledge, that WND was not in negotiations at the time. They were totally preliminary and there was NO exclusive agreement, pending or otherwise, with WND. The timing of the announcement was blatently not coincidental and WND was flexing beer muscles to Algonquin. Are they in discussions? I don't know. I am in

Read Oct 25 WND release. "WND NEGOTIATES 100MW AQUISITION. DETAILS TO FOLLOW" I have been specific.   Where is the SIB or move from TSX. I don't alledge lies and fraud. It is misrepresentation. If you don't feel that way that is your right. I do. If the reality existed that WND intimated the SP would be $4/sh and I would be long gone. I still ask WHY?? But I am moving on

And I guess you answered the question of WHY? Impega.   It is just "Promotional".   Exactly. This is an ALTERNATIVE ENERGY CO. Why PROMOTE something if it isn't genuine? I kept saying this is largely responsible for the ceiling on the SP of this stock. These are hard assets. Mgmt is selling soft assets. Derrrrrrrr. But GL.

Why promote? Many on this Board are upset the company does not promote this stock enough. Can't please everybody I guess.
