Serious request

Has anyone actually done a cash flow analysis based on projected revenues?

I know I'm being a lazy slug, but if someone has done it, it would save me some work.

I realise that it would have to be a "best guess", as we don't know what they are getting for their power, but Jeff did "suggest" they were getting about 10 cents per kilowatt-hour for the wind assets.

I am interested in the company, and why AQN would offer $2.50/share.

TIA

*Windridge and Mesa, combined 34.5MW on Variable PPA ~ 5 year average annual revenue: 3.3M (about .01kwh - rate to double due to new PPA rate - so up to 6.6M 2012 and beyond) *Assumptions - Every 1% decrease in natural gas price equates to $30,000 decrease in operating revenue for these 2 sites. Kingman 10.5MW Solar and Wind on Fixed PPA (rate unknown, est @ .10kwh) ~ 9.1M per annum  ...more

"Windstar 120MW Windfarm on Fixed PPA (rate unknow, est @ .10kwh) ~ 105M per annum" ============================================= If you use calculations like that, no wonder you guys are pumped! But, I don't know of too many wind farms that run 24/7. And no one corrected that glaring error? Using the company's own free cash flow numbers of 20 cents per share for 2012, AQN's ...more

WOW so you are giving advice on making money ,,,"with all due respect I think everyone should reconsider being responsible for investing your own money " says coorsman So the $2.50 was made by morons ? Half a BILLION in tax credits plus $300 million in assets and its not worth $2.50 So in all your infinite wisdom the idea of a major US company wanting to get $500,000,000 in tax credits ...more

Why would you be courteous enough to respond to that poster he clearly is a cancer and thrives on it the sole reason he asked the "serious request " was to insult - do some simple math instead how much is a $500,000,000 million tax credit worth to a major US company?
