If someone is establishing a bid they often use the moving average and base their offer off it

Ye Jeff does not mention it as the bid may be unsolicted & not wanted ... and I was purely speculating but I have seen the pattern on previous holdings which then were taken out ( involved in a probable one righjt now that followed the pattern)

5:22 on clip I think if your selling at this stage $560 million in assets by mid 2012 ....

They have been talking to many candidates every large player in Canada , expects a US based energu co that may want a $500,000,000 tax credit

Interesting theory, if that is the case, we should see some price action trigger off just before the windstar grants are cashed. Ching, not sure if i can calculate the eps without knowing the cost of goods and expense on the two new sites.
