I think..........

The one thing that will make everyone here including myself, feel alot better and less worrisome about WND and the stock price is simply the news about the approvel of the cash grant. Due to fact that the company as talked about the grant so often and stated its importance on numerous occasions. The market understands that without this grant money, WND will not be as an attractive takeover opportunity for others in the field and also growth for WND would be very difficult due to the large amount of debt it holds.

The Grant is the Key and everyone knows it.

I agree that a lot now depends on this cash grant. If, for some reason, it is not approved, we will immediately see sub-1.00 prices (sub-0.60 maybe?). At the same time, as soon as it is approved, we will probably gain 40-50% the same day. It would help if the management were issuing weekly updates on the status of this grant. Why is it taking so long? Are there any problems? Are there any concerns ...more

 Sure, it'd be very nice if we got an update on Yabucoa.. Apparently, as of June 11, "Canada-based Western Wind Energy Corp. is looking to Puerto Rico to fuel future growth and is already developing a $150 million solar project in the south coast town of Yabucoa." whatever this means. My point however is that this delay with the cash grant has nothing to do with the management ...more
