$2.50, $4, or $5 ?

How does one calculate how much the utility cos will pay for the buyout? Is it on the basis of Cash flow, revenue, or net asset value?

Juts curious.

I am not postive but think it would be net value including ppa agreements and value of of incomplete projects.

Incomplete projects will be pro-rated based on development stage, as well as the various risks associated with incompletion. So let's not try to over-inflate numbers, but at the same time, also take into consideration what diligence and work has already been completed as there is value in the surveying, land acquisition, and getting the various permits to advance through the various phases.

Valuation is only based on cashflow discounting . PPA is indirectly valued as it influences cashflow greatly.     WND is worth more than 3, just wait and see. Windstar alone, without bonus depreciation being taken into account is worth 1,80+     B

I would think  valuation has to take in all real assets + ppa's - debt they are selling not trying to influence the stock.
