... if jeffy and WND can present a bona fide offer for WND  at what i consider a minimum acceptable bid by the time i vote my shares i will vote for some of the incumbent board.

So lets just cut the bs bud....you created your id the day after the conference call which happens to neatly coincide with the begining of the proxy battle,so what do you really want !,I doubt that a real investor would try to get the absolute minimume offer that happens to be what would make the dissedents very happy.

So what we have here is 2 sales teams competing for the sale of the company, one the legitimate directors, offers the Rothschild's a major bonus for anything over 500 mil and the other the dissidents wantabe's are trying to sell the company for the minimum price which too must have major incentive's attached to it,  for a successful completion. So who hired the dissidents or do ...more

Based on the public records, Swindler's only renewable deal where he was a manager went Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in 2010, another deal of his went bankrupt - The gal named Teal sells perfume and furniture on the internet and was director of Sierra Geothermal which got merged in to Ram Power but after the merger and price drop of Ram the Sierra shares are worth currently a penny a share, Bill Warp& ...more

    No one in their right mind would want a change of  directors, Western Wind directors have made it clear what they will do .   I doubt that a real investor would try to get the absolute minimum offer that happens to be what would make the dissidents very happy .     Interesting comments ... so I guess we can call into question whether Cutthebsbud has shares or not  ...more
