ThWhat about paying off the debt? At least 300M. So 200 or so net, or 3+ I think. Hopefully 3.5.

The numbers from last quarter should answer the question about debt .  There is good value here and Jeff will get it !  Why would they put in a contract with Rothchild a bonus for 500 MILLION if Jeff didn't think it is possible ?

300M would be 4+. 500M would be 8/sh. Deal seems like it must be a gross number. I hope you're right though.
