Company will be sold wether mgmt wins proxy or not

Co. is like;y worth 3 +  with lots of static froms/h vote process with ceo claiming all kinds of stuff if he is not re-elected

Management team not important to value at this point

We will hold it trough the sales process unless the stock runs to a number close enough to our realized target

Savitir is very real- last( THE person who sent this) I chatted with them they had 44 percent of the shares outstanding voting w/th them

That was without soliciiting proxies

He should win hands down and the real process shall start

AQN is a very likely bidder once again who had offered 2.50 per share

We value it at 2.49 to 2.60 per shareIthink it is risk free under 2.00 per share but the sales process/legal risk of this could still linger

These are  opinions from both sides of the fence from  a freind who reached out for  info on WND  from annalysts on Bay street in Toronto

peter if aqn is right they are saying that wnd. to aqn. is only worth less then 200 mil. thats so far low that it makes it unbeiivable  and if the auction plan is in the works there should be noway that there  bid could even be looked at  no matter who is running the company (but thaks for the info.)

I cannot believe that anyone would support Savitr and a new board that would hurt current shareholders and only benifit them -

Yup the timing is very suspicious. Same 'bull in a china shop' style entry (only since Monday btw), And why no denial on his part ? If someone hinted that I was Cutts I certainly would be replyling.
