Anyone received the proxy yet?

Depending upon which broker house you deal with and their efficiency in distributing out proxy material, you should be receiving very soon if you have note received already. You can also call the house directly and ask as to current status of proxy mailings out specific to WND and they should be able to tell you that it is already in distribution or in progress
