I was thinking the same thing after reading the satvir letter. Maybe not a deal, but at least an offer that was conditional on the existing board being intact to finalize it? Either way, I'll vote yellow once i get my proxy letter which should be soon judging by comments from everyone else.

Yellow for me as well. My personal felling is that the dissidents "ARE" crooks, I don't just think they are. They are simply trying to buy up the company at $2.50/share, wait a few months and make the sweetheart deal for $4.00+/share to turn a huge profit. Anyone that falls for that plan shouldn't be here in the first place. Pason.

It's very unlikely that a sale would be completed by the AGM; deals like this can take months to complete, especially due diligence which would take at least 2 months. It's possible that there could be some indicative offers or term sheets by then, but both Jeff and Lawrence from IR suggested this could take 3-6 months.

I was just approving your comments! Some ppl on this board are perhaps a little too subjective sometimes with their comments. Nothing wrong with a little optimism, but it needs to be tempered with facts and reality...

Got the yellow in the mail last night - a company wishing to buy WND would most likely make their offer earlier than years end based on that tax credit extension .......... Obama wants it for wind power ... Romney not so much .. depends who looks like they will take the presidency
