When can we expect the RESULTS of the vote ?

Do we find out before the AGM ?

I would think the same day or perhaps Monday latest. To the best of my knowledge I do not think one is allowed to hold back information after an outcome of news that impacts a shareholder

Hey Ching,   You won't know the results of the vote until the AGM.  You are essentially telling the company how to vote your shares at the meeting.  I am just a small shareholder (10,000 shares) but each one is one vote for Yellow!  And they all add up.    Cheers, Skyhigh
