Belgium voting yellow
As a major broker in belgium held all their client's shares at 1 single group-account, their share holders weren't able to vote because there is only one controle-number for this account.
The broker took the effort to call all share holders that has showed interest to vote. Because everyone expressed to support current management, they will vote yellow.
I have no idea about the number of shares we're talking about, but me and 2 friends are good for 145000 shares.
As there are a lot of shareholders in Belgium, because of a newsletter witch hold a position up to 6%, this can easy outnumber savitr.

Way to go, BELGIUM !!!! Sounds like we are well on our way to the Podium. I wonder what Jeff will have to say on BNN. There will not be an announcement of a bid given the latest Press Release. But it is comforting to see that the process is 'irreversible' and that we will vote again, this time on the highest bid. Go Jeff Go !!! Ching.

Are you talking about Keytrade? They have issues to give me the control number so I can't vote so far

No, it's Binckbank. Although they don't provide proxy voting on the canadian market they did it. It took me 4 weeks and some help from Laurel Hill advisory group and of course Binck to get it done.
