I don't think any pure-play wind turbine manufacturers will be interested in WND.  Only those which typically develop projects (like Acciona) or Asian manufacturers looking to gain a foothold in the North American market using their own equipment (demo-projects), and only if there was a development pipeline in WND's existing assets.  I think their future pipeline is probably ...more

I figure we'll see some numbers from potential buyers early October. The solar cash grant is good until end of 2016.. The big guys love our pipeline with an additional 300 MW of near term projects..

Spot on Yankee.  Also, a number of US power companies are writing off wind for 2013 due to the drying up of the production tax credit.  They expect to grow their renewables mix only thru M & A...and there just isn't a lot out there.  WND has some of the best producing, profitable assets...and the big players know it.
