Spoke to a bunch of fund managers and the vote count appears to be 34 million shares for WND and 12 million for savitr... So it doesn't matter which way brookfield votes.Andrew midler is going nuts right now and this is the 2nd proxy battle his lawyer has lost in 3 days. Lucky he did not win because the 750,000$ he spent in legal fees would be put on to the companys expense if he had won. Proof the only person who has wasted $$ is andrew midler.>

I thought the Savitoast website (all one paragraph) said he is a signatory to some UN principles for responsible investing!  Where the heck is his environmental responsibility.  Consider the multiple times he
