The vote count!!

Spoke to a bunch of fund managers and the vote count appears to be 34 million shares for WND and 12 million for savitr... So it doesn't matter which way brookfield votes.Andrew midler is going nuts right now and this is the 2nd proxy battle his lawyer has lost in 3 days. Lucky he did not win because the 750,000$ he spent in legal fees would be put on to the companys expense if he had won. Proof the only person who has wasted $$ is andrew midler.>

That is just the cost of legal fees.  How about the dissident circular which was first mailed out 6 times and then Fedex a few times multiplied by thousands of shareholders. I thought the Savitoast website (all one paragraph) said he is a signatory to some UN principles for responsible investing!  Where the heck is his environmental responsibility.  Consider the multiple times he ...more

It is historic in proxy wars that the dissident passes his cost to the Company. Good he is Savitoasted! BTW does anyone know the lawyer for Savitoast?
