" I wasnt aware that they recieved PPA agreements above market price in the states they operate in." ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Your DD is that pathetic, and you own shares? As for your share price "projections", you forgot to subtract their debt. Good lord, some people are beyond belief!

What do you mean subtract debt? NPV is totally different then what you are talking about. THEIR PPA PRICING IS CONFIDENTIAL!!! WOW you have not a clue what you are talking about.

Reduce84, you really don't know how to do the most simple research. What kind of two-bit investor are you?

did you read the issuance? Basically they are using the 200m to pay down long term debt and other general operational cashflows

Yes, I did read the release. It says the proceeds will be used for paying down debt as well as "general corporate purposes" which could mean anything like acquisitions, new investments, etc...

, you could be 100 percent right however Brookfield when doing a large accreative purchase usually gets BAM to raise the capital and filter through to its subs that are raising capital and relends the money at a basis point higher because of the strength of the BAM vs the energy stock
